To get certified you will spend nine weeks immersed in an in-depth study of Bikram Yoga with Yoga Masters Bikram and Rajashree Choudhury and their staff of senior teachers. The course, leading to a certificate of completion, will introduce you to the basic knowledge needed to begin teaching this powerful healing yoga.
Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class has proven itself to be a uniquely therapeutic form of yoga. By learning to instruct this powerful yoga class, you have an opportunity to share the life-enhancing benefits of this yoga with others. This intensive program, designed for dedicated students of Bikram Yoga, offers more than 500 hours of study, providing you with the tools to begin teaching Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class.
