Our comfortable and casual atmosphere is a welcoming place for you to learn yoga, get started on a new health regime, or continue and improve your practice. Esak Garcia has been practicing Bikram yoga for over 15 years. In 2005, Esak was the first male champion of the international yoga asana championship, the bishnu charan ghosh cup. Since then he has been leading asana demonstrations and coaching clinics internationally. Esak is one of a handful of senior teachers in the world authorized by Bikram Choudhury to conduct these seminars. In this clinic each of the postures will be explained in detail and any questions you have will be answered.
