Bikram Yoga is the original hot yoga. The 90 minute work out is for all levels, designed to improve your physical strength, balance and flexibility. The series features two breathing exercises and 26 hatha yoga postures, practiced in a heated room. Bikram Yoga Richardson is a studio with friendly certified Bikram Yoga instructors.
